Opening the golden box and unfolding the Legend of Zelda map is one of my most fondly-remembered childhood experiences. The NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) had some games that really shaped the gaming and consoles world, and for good reason – they were tons of fun, challenging and provided long hours of gameplay.

If you feel like reminiscing even without replaying the games themselves, you can buy one of these cool NES maps and hang them on your wall. This site has NES poster maps for anything from Final Fantasy to Dragon Warrior, all for very reasonable prices ($10-$20). Shipping total is $4.99 (US and Canada) no matter how many posters you order. Shipping for all other countries is $10.

Enjoy!

Emulators are available in all shapes and sizes. If you are hit by a wave of nostalgia and feel like playing and old-school game, you don’t have to dig out that old NES or Gameboy, nor do you need to locate your archeological XT computer. All you have to do is download the right emulator and ROMs – and you’re in the game.

This site helps you take it to the next level of convenience: just pick your game and play it right then and there on your browser. All you need is an internet connection and Java. Sadly, there are no Apple ][e games, but you can still enjoy some retro Gameboy games, NES, Atari 2600, DOS and more.

Have Fun!
